No returns will be accepted without a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on returned parts. All returned parts must be in unused and original
packaging, and in resalable condition, with shipping prepaid.
No returns will be accepted or credited unless the item is in original new condition.
Electrical components will not be accepted for return (see warranty for more information).
Shipping and restocking fee will not be charged if fault is that of Blue Water Marine.
Any item returned without a RMA will not be accepted and will be refused upon delivery.
Please be sure you are ordering the correct part or item. If in question use our contact form before

Acquire a RMA number and return warranty item, with shipping prepaid.
No refund or credit will be issued until the manufacturer has received the warranty claim and has
accepted the return. No warranty over the manufacturers warranty will be provided for defective parts.
If items are found not to be defective a $30.00 fee may be charged to customer depending on part in
question and the part will be returned at customers expense.
Defective parts will be replaced per manufacturer's policy.

Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours and sales tax will be charged where
Backorders and special items may require extra time for shipping. You will be contacted within 24-48
hours from time of order if there will be a problem with shipping, you may cancel the order at this
time or continue with the order. Due to oversized products or other inconsistancies additional shipping
